Yoga Offerings

  Therapeutic Yoga aids in:

· Physiological manifestations of stress

· Postural imbalance

· Back discomfort

· Chronic aches and pains from old injuries

· Arthritis

· Pain from chronic muscle tightness or weakness

One hour session $80

(A minimum $10 travel charge

to be added if you want in your home)

30 minute session tailored to your needs.  You will be given a printout of routine we work on so you can do at home.

Cost of session - $40

Monday nights, 7-8 PM at the Sturgeon Fire Hall, 526 Main Street, Sturgeon, PA.  $12/class.  Sign up through the Township's website under Activities and Adult Programs
