Finding Your Peace

My goal is to share with others the happiness and peace I have found. Yoga, Reiki and Meditation aid in calming the mind and body to feel the connection that exists between all living beings. These practices not only lead to a life filled with love, joy and gratitude, but also to one of optimal health and well being.

Reiki

A holistic technique used for stress reduction that also promotes healing. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki energy works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and support recovery. It removes energy blockages within the body which may have built up for years, resulting in physical pain, stress, emotional worries and an inability to move forward.

Originally, Reiki was given daily in a clinic to heal various illnesses. If you are dealing with a health issue, Reiki (in conjunction with your medical treatment) will help to clear blocks that will aid in recovery. We are able to give treatments at Center, at your home, or in a rehab facility daily. Distance Reiki is also effective, and can be done on Zoom. Call Heather for more information.

This was my first Reiki session, and phenomenal is an understatement! I was so nervous, but Heather explained everything before we started and I quickly felt at ease.
