Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up unexpectedly, and we do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you must cancel or reschedule we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so we may offer that session to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 "no show" fee and future bookings will require prepayment.

Payments for Reiki classes are nonrefundable, but if you need to cancel, it can be used for future classes.
